I am a full time NHS appointed Consultant Plastic Surgeon in Belfast, fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and fully accredited on the Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery.  My advanced specialist training  / Fellowships in Plastic surgery took place across a number of UK, European and International centres.  These included Belfast, Glasgow, Salisbury, Southampton, Newcastle, London, Hull, Paris, Barcelona, Zurich, Helsinki, Florence, Pakistan and India.  During this period I completed the only nationally awarded fellowship (BAAPS / BAPRAS) in Aesthetic Surgery and Medicine.  My specialist interests are in aesthetic surgery, lower limb reconstruction, hands, peripheral nerve surgery, facial palsy, abdominal wall, and perineal reconstruction. My academic achievements include the completion of 4 post-graduate degrees with distinction – Surgical Sciences (Royal College Surgeons of Edinburgh), Reconstructive Microsurgery (The European School of Microsurgery, Barcelona), The European Board of Hand Surgery Diploma and Diploma in Orthopaedic Oncology.  I have published extensively in the peer-reviewed Plastic Surgery literature, in addition to presenting my work both nationally and internationally, receiving prizes for these.  I am dedicated to providing the highest possible standard of care, outcomes and safety to every cosmetic and reconstructive surgery patient under my care.
